Priscilla Dudas

I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in New Brunswick, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Victoria, BC.

Born in Hungary (Europe), later travelling around the world and living in multiple countries created an open worldview and a deep understanding of different cultures, shaping my cultural sensitivity to understand the challenges and recognize the strengths of various communities. I chose Canada 12 years ago and it is my final home, where I found my purpose.

My counselling approach is holistic and person-centred, considering all aspects of the unique personality clients bring to the sessions. In my therapy room, you will find the emotionally safe environment and the acceptance that so many are yearning for, to be able to download the weights on your shoulder and to see the world through a new lens of self-compassion and understanding. Here, you are not alone on your journey; together, we will navigate the complexities of your inner world, transforming vulnerabilities into strengths, and chaos into meaningful growth. In this space, every emotion is honoured, every story is heard, and every individual is empowered to rewrite their narrative with courage and authenticity.

I have experience servicing diverse populations including adult individuals, veterans, immigrants, couples and families, who are suffering from a range of challenges, mental health, life transition and relational issues.

Together through understanding depression, anxiety, loss, marital conflicts, intimacy issues and socio-emotional developmental needs, we find strategies and processes to organize and heal what is keeping you stuck so that you can move forward and live life with ease.
